During April 2021, the third wave of COVID-19 occurred in Thailand with around 1,500 to 2,000 cases per day. With the increasing amount of cases, the hospitals lacked resources including medical equipment and necessities for both patients and healthcare workers. With this ongoing issue, Teenworks felt it was critical to help our community through this project by providing necessary items for those patients in need and the brave healthcare workers caring of them.
Because of those reasons, we decided to arrange donations provided through our very kind sponsors like Osotspa, Unilever, Unilever and Double A. Through this partnership we are able to provide the necessary items to Chulalongkorn Hospital and help hundreds of patients in their care in the process. Our donations will include dental kits, washing detergents, masks and many more items that have been sent to the hospital.
